Courage is a psychological muscle . It is the ability to do something one fears and the ability to face challenging situations in life .

Courage is often understood as an ability to do something out of the way – like sky diving , bungee jumping , deep sea diving etc .
However all of us engage in small acts of courage in our everyday lives ,like when we confront a person who has done wrong or holding up in times of grief , not lashing out in anger, but expressing it appropriately.

So, what really is Courage and how important is it to lead a full and  empowered life?
